The Role is for a female Asian candidate only

The HR Advisor will support the Head of HR to achieve the HR team's strategic objectives and take the HR lead on a
range of different projects and responsibilities. The primary focus will be to partner with stakeholders on
Performance Management and Learning and development.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively contribute to an impactful HR function by recommending the right approaches, reviewing and
improving policies and procedures, promoting HR Good Practices within the HR team and developing
strong collaboration across the business
• Contribute to business strategy and support necessary transformation and organizational changes
through the contribution and rolling out of the HR strategic plan
• Managing and supporting the Performance Management Cycle
• Working closely with managers to identify employee Learning and Development needs
• Identify and design relevant training and development programmes based on the needs of the
organisation and the individual
• Contribute to the talent attraction, acquisition and capabilities across the organization
• Provide advice and coaching to managers and employees on HR related matters

Requirements:
• An excellent working knowledge and experience of HR systems
• Experience of working in the GCC region
• Good understanding of UAE employment law
• Demonstrates a genuine interest in HR and a desire to develop skills and knowledge in relation to HR
Good Practices
• Awareness of the importance of stakeholder confidentiality
• Experience of supporting a business across the full HR landscape
• HR qualification is an advantage
• Should have a can-do attitude
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to develop relationships and build rapport
• 8 year working experience in HR with at least 3 years in a similar role
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi
