we are currently looking for Manager for our Lebanese Restaurant in Dubai
Reporting to Managing Director
Language/ English – Arabic
Supervises the day-to-day functioning of all restaurant employees, facilities, sales and costs.
- Supervises, coordinates and directs prompt, efficient and courteous service of F&B in the restaurant.
- Conducts pre-meal briefings and maintains liaison with the Executive chef.
- Participates in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the restaurant.
- Control the cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensures grooming and appearance standards are met
- Schedules guest reservations and arranges for private parties.
- ensure that restaurant is operating as per Dubai rules and regulations , and all required permission and required certificate such health cards, license, …are ready at the outlet in case there is any inspection.
