HR Processes and Operations: You will lead the HR operations piece (including payroll) and will make sure the whole employee lifecycle is seamlessly managed. You will also own the
Performance Management: You will be responsible to manage the performance appraisal cycle by closely partnering with both the managers and the employees in the process.
HR Projects and Initiatives: You will be expected to bring improvements in the current HR processes and plan & execute initiatives that matches the organisation’s context
HR Automations: You own the HR tools currently been used and will champion the HR automation.

You also have:
• Post-Graduation with Human Resources as specialisation • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience preferably in a fast - paced organisation • Experience in e commerce is an advantage
