HR Processes & Operations, Payroll, Performance Management, HR Automation

Salary: INR 8 LPA

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

HR Processes and Operations: You will lead the HR operations piece (including payroll) and will make sure the whole employee lifecycle is seamlessly managed. You will also own the 
Performance Management: You will be responsible to manage the performance appraisal cycle by closely partnering with both the managers and the employees in the process.  
HR Projects and Initiatives: You will be expected to bring improvements in the current HR processes and plan & execute initiatives that matches the organisation’s context 
HR Automations: You own the HR tools currently been used and will champion the HR automation.

• People Champion: Being a trustable people champion who can balance the organisation and people needs • processes are perfect  • Process Improvements and HR initiatives: You understand the need to improve things every day, understand what the fast-paced  needs and continuously work on HR initiatives • Agility: Being able to deal with and thrive in an evolving environment, being able to deal with lack of clarity and vagueness • Eye for detail: You are a perfectionist and have an eye for detail to make sure all the HR processes run smoothly • Co-ordination & Collaboration: Because, in the end, you need to closely partner with the business to create a culture of ownership and excellence • Getting stuff done: Independently drive, own, cross-functionally partner, and execute – it is part of the culture 
 
You also have: 
• Post-Graduation with Human Resources as specialisation • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience preferably in a fast - paced organisation • Experience in e commerce is an advantage
