We are Hiring for an Event Admin executive for our Hospitality Client in Abudhabi .

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
• Must be highly motivated and organized with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate superior time management skills which include managing multiple projects and activities at the same time
• Must be able to complete multiple tasks with similar deadlines
• Perform clerical duties as assigned
• Execute all other tasks as assigned by the Superiors
• Responsible for the entire administrative flow of the Catering Department
• Oversee all operations for the catering
• Software database maintenance, coordination and management
• Generate daily overtime reports for payroll
• Complete general office procedures such as invoicing, storing and filing invoices, tracking staffing and rental orders
• Process monthly invoices and payments, ensure that clients receive their billing statements
Support Events and Event team as required such as managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff and organizing vendors and may include other duties as business demands

Nationality - Any 
Minimum years of experience - 3years 
Salary - 4500 AED 
Job Location - Sharjah UAE
